Anti-THPO Antibody

Affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting THPO (Thrombopoietin), offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 22–349 of human THPO (NP_001171068.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation at lot-specific concentration, with a target molecular weight of 38 kDa, and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended working dilution for Western Blot is 1:500–1:1,000. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon receipt, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
