Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against recombinant full-length human THP and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of THP protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa, and the antibody has been cited in one publication.
