Anti-THOP1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Thimet Oligopeptidase (THOP1), available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human THOP1 (NP_003240.1). It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 79 kDa.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
