Anti-THOC7 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to THOC7, unconjugated and supplied in liquid form. The IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–204 of human THOC7 (NP_079351.2). The target has a listed molecular weight of 24 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. It is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
