Anti-THOC6 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-THOC6 polyclonal reagent targets THOC6, a subunit of the THO complex that forms part of the TREX machinery coupling transcription with nuclear mRNA export. Raised in rabbit and purified as IgG, this unconjugated antibody is supplied at 200 µl and validated for Western blot detection of endogenous THOC6 in human and mouse samples.

Researchers use it to characterize the THO/TREX complex in mRNA processing, splice site recognition, and transcript quality control. Published work has linked THOC6 to Beaulieu-Boycott-Innes syndrome and related neurodevelopmental conditions, supporting studies of THOC6 loss-of-function in patient-derived cells and knockout mouse models.
