Anti-THOC3 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific to THOC3. Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, this unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human THOC3 (NP_115737.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
