Anti-THOC1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Nuclear Matrix Protein p84 (THOC1), supplied unconjugated and provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 85 kDa. The reagent is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody and has been affinity purified.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 428-657 of human Nuclear Matrix Protein p84 (THOC1) (NP_005122.2). The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
