Anti-THNSL2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting THNSL2, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blotting (WB). The antibody is unconjugated and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 103–148 in human THNSL2, and it detects endogenous levels of THNSL2 protein. It is validated for use with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 54 kDa.
