Anti-THBS2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised against Thrombospondin 2 (THBS2) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–280 of human THBS2 (NP_003238.2). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 150 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided.

Storage conditions call for shipping at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon receipt; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
