Anti-THBD Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets THBD (Thrombomodulin). The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 19–364 of human CD141/Thrombomodulin (NP_000352.1). It is supplied as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
