Anti-THADA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting THADA. It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, with the target reported at 220 kDa. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with human and mouse samples.

The reagent is provided at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. Two scientific validation images are available for this product.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
