Anti-TH (Q25) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH) at the Q25 region. It is raised in rabbit and supplied in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human TH, and it is reported to detect endogenous levels of Tyrosine Hydroxylase protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95 % (by SDS-PAGE). The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 58 kDa.

Validated applications are WB and IHC, and the reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is unconjugated and is supported by one scientific validation image.
