Anti-TH (G13) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the TH (G13) epitope, supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human TH and detects endogenous levels of Tyrosine Hydroxylase protein. The antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence, including ICC/IF, and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Prepared from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the reagent is more than 95% pure as judged by SDS-PAGE, with the target protein migrating at approximately 58 kDa.
