Anti-TH Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, using a synthetic peptide derived from human TH around the non-phosphorylation site of serine 19 as the immunogen, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TH protein in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity, making it a reliable choice for catecholamine biosynthesis research and standard neurochemical workflows.
