Anti-TGS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TGS1, also referred to as PIMT. The product is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid preparation. According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 714–853 of human TGS1 (NP_079107.6).

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with the Antibodies.com listing also indicating immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been demonstrated against human and mouse samples. The manufacturer's recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 97 kDa.

The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
