Anti-TGM2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal reagent is raised against recombinant human Protein-glutamine gamma-glutamyltransferase 2 (TGM2) and recognizes both native and denatured forms of the target. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, protein G–purified IgG preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.01M PBS (pH 7.4) and 0.03% Proclin 300 as preservative, and is provided in a 100 µL format. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with the WB data shown on A549 whole cell lysate producing a predicted and observed band of approximately 77 kDa, and the IHC data demonstrated on paraffin-embedded human placenta and breast tissue. The clone is reactive with human samples and is intended for research use only. For routine handling the liquid is shipped at 4 °C and, once received, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Recommended secondary reagents for detection include the Antibodies.com Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L antibodies conjugated to AP, biotin, FITC or HRP.
