Anti-TGM2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targeting Transglutaminase 2 (TGM2). It is generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 438–687 of human Transglutaminase 2, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and purified by affinity chromatography. The unconjugated IgG reagent is of polyclonal clonality and is raised in rabbit.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 77 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; aliquot upon receipt and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
