Anti-TGIF2LY Antibody

Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com antibody recognizes TGIF2LY, a Y-linked homeobox transcription factor that shares sequence homology with the TGIF2 protein and acts as a transcriptional repressor through recruitment of chromatin-modifying complexes. Because TGIF2LY is encoded exclusively on the Y chromosome, it is widely studied in research on sex chromosome evolution, male-specific gene dosage, and germ cell biology.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, in an unconjugated format. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) detection in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of TGIF2LY protein expression.
