Anti-TGFBR2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab186838)

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against TGF beta Receptor II (TGFBR2), distributed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–300 of human TGF beta Receptor II (NP_003233.4) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with the target migrating at approximately 70 kDa. The manufacturer's recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence; the retailer's product entry additionally lists immunohistochemistry as a tested application.
