Anti-TGFBR2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived affinity-purified antibody raised against a recombinant human TGFBR2 immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous total TGFBR2 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, making it well suited for cross-species studies of TGF-β receptor signalling. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
