Anti-TGFBI Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antiserum directed against Transforming Growth Factor Beta-Induced (TGFBI), also known as Beta ig-h3, BIGH3, Kerato-epithelin, RGD-CAP, and RGD-containing collagen-associated protein. The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant human TGFBI protein, and the antibody is designed to detect the endogenous total TGFBI protein in validated Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Confirmed reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples, with representative images provided for cell-line lysates and paraffin-embedded rat lung and human breast cancer tissues. The reagent is provided as a liquid at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
