Anti-TGFBI Antibody

It is unconjugated with an IgG isotype, and reactivity has been demonstrated in human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 550–650 of human TGF beta induced (TGFBI) (NP_000349.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
