Anti-TGFB1I1 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against TGFB1I1 (also referred to as HIC5). The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid formulation.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples, with the antibody validated for Western Blotting. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 120–220 of human TGFB1I1 (NP_001035919.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:1,000.

The product is purified by affinity chromatography and is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.
