Anti-TGFB1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets TGF beta 1 (TGFB1). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation, validated for Western blot (WB) applications, and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 291-390 of human TGF beta 1 (NP_000651.3). The product is supplied in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Affinity purification is used, and detection is reported at molecular weights of 12 kDa, 25 kDa and 45-60 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:1,000-1:5,000.
