Anti-TGFA Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TGFA, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the reagent was generated using recombinant protein of human TGFA as immunogen and purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of total TGFA. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

For storage the product is shipped at 4 degrees C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product includes 1 scientific validation image.
