Anti-TGFA Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against TGF alpha (TGFA). The antibody is raised in rabbit, is unconjugated, and belongs to the IgG isotype. Supplied as a liquid preparation, it is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24–98 of human TGFA (NP_001093161.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 15 kDa. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilution for WB is 1:100–1:500. Concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
