Anti-TGFβ RII Antibody

The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from human TGFβ RII around the non-phosphorylation site of S225). It is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it cross-reacts with both Human and Mouse samples. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
