Anti-TGFβ RII (I122) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TGFβ RII and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human TGFβ RII.

It specifically detects endogenous levels of TGFβ Receptor II protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 65 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
