Anti-TGFβ RI (E161) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. It is unconjugated and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The target is TGFβ RI. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150–200 of human TGFβ RI, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of TGFβ RI protein. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 55 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples.
