Anti-TGF β3 (G292) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets TGF β3 (G292) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 261-310 of human TGF β3 and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. According to the manufacturer's specification, it detects endogenous levels of pro-TGF β3 (~47 kDa) and cleaved-TGF β3 (~13 kDa), with a reported target molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
