Anti-TGFβ2 (L388) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and targets TGFβ2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 360-400 of Human TGFβ2 and detects endogenous levels of TGFβ2 protein. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). Observed molecular weight is ~ 48; 55 kDa.
