Anti-TGFβ1 (Y369) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TGFβ1 (Y369) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, including ICC/IF. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of TGFβ1 protein. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 341–390 of human TGFβ1 as the immunogen, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, with a molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
