Anti-TGFα (R139) Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against TGFα at the region around residue 139 (R139). The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 111-160 of Human TGFα, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of TGFα protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight is ~10 and 17 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as >95% by SDS-PAGE.
