Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TGFα. Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human TGFα and detects endogenous levels of TGFα protein.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation shows a purity of > 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, with a molecular weight of ~17 kDa.
