Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TGase2/TGM2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human TGase2 as immunogen, with the polyclonal reagent detecting endogenous levels of TGM2 protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of ~77 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
