Anti-TGase2 (D11) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and is directed against the N-terminus of human Transglutaminase 2 (TGase2). It is supplied unconjugated in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent detects endogenous levels of Transglutaminase 2 protein and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 77 kDa.
