Anti-TFRC Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets the Transferrin Receptor (TFRC/CD71) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 100–250 of human CD71/Transferrin Receptor (NP_003225.2), and the antibody has been affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot (WB, 1:500–1:1,000), immunohistochemistry (IHC, 1:50–1:200), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF, 1:50–1:200) and immunoprecipitation (IP, 1:50–1:200), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 100 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
