Anti-TFR2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Transferrin Receptor 2 (TFR2), a target with a molecular weight of 100 kDa. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 130–330 of human TFR2 (NP_003218.2). Validated applications are Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human and mouse samples, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
