Anti-TFPI Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180619)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29–224 of human TFPI (NP_001027452.1). The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 34 kDa.

Reactivity is reported with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is validated for Western blot, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
