Anti-TFPI Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises TFPI and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29–224 of human TFPI (NP_001027452.1). The antibody targets a protein of 32 kDa and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is purified by affinity chromatography and shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:1,000–1:2,000. Synonyms for TFPI include EPI, Extrinsic pathway inhibitor, LACI, Lipoprotein-associated coagulation inhibitor, TFPI1 and Tissue factor pathway inhibitor.
