Anti-TFIID Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TFIID (also known as TBP, GTF2D1, TATA sequence-binding protein, or TATA-box-binding protein) and is intended for the detection of endogenous TFIID levels. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody is recommended for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and has been validated for reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples. The polyclonal host is rabbit (IgG isotype), the antibody is unconjugated, and the immunogen sequence corresponds to an internal epitope of human TFIID. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
