Anti-TFG Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TFG (also referred to as TRK fused gene), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and ELISA applications, with reactivity against human and mouse samples. The target protein has a predicted molecular weight of 43 kDa, with recommended starting dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ELISA: 1 µg/ml.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, shipped at 4°C and intended to be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-240 of human TRK fused gene and is purified by affinity chromatography.
