Anti-TFF2 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets human TFF2. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24-129 of human TFF2 (NP_005414.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 14 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. A recommended working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested for WB.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
