Anti-TFF1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting TFF1 (also known as Estrogen Inducible Protein pS2), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25-84 of human TFF1/pS2 (NP_003216.1), with the immunogen sequence EAQTETCTVAPRERQNCGFPGVTPSQCANKGCCFDDTVRGVPWCFYPNTIDVPPEEECEF. The target has a molecular weight of 13 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
