Anti-TFEB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TFEB, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody is produced in rabbit, is of IgG isotype and is purified by affinity purification. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot specific.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50–173 of human TFEB (NP_009093.1). The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Reported product attributes include a molecular weight of 65 kDa and five scientific validation images. Recommended starting dilutions, as supplied by the manufacturer, are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
