Anti-TFE3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com (catalogue number A38613), this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human TFE3. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total TFE3 protein and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated, making the reagent suitable for direct label-free detection in standard immunoassays. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human samples. Each lot is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific immunogen to minimise off-target reactivity.
