Anti-TFE3 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human TFE3 (Transcription Factor E3), a member of the microphthalmia-associated transcription factor family encoded on chromosome Xp11.2. The unconjugated rabbit IgG reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. TFE3 immunostaining is widely used in surgical pathology to identify Xp11 translocation renal cell carcinomas and alveolar soft part sarcoma, where fusion oncoproteins retain the C-terminal epitope recognized by the antibody.
