Anti-TFDP1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TFDP1, a target also referred to as DP-1, DRTF1, E2F dimerization partner 1, and Transcription factor Dp-1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is supplied as a liquid at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant human TFDP1 protein as the immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography. It is reported to detect the endogenous total TFDP1 protein in human and mouse samples, with reactivity to rat also noted for the product line, and is accompanied by 3 scientific validation images. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
