Anti-TFDP1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit IgG raised against TFDP1 (also referred to as DP1). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been tested for reactivity with Human and Mouse samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-160 of human DP1/TFDP1 (NP_009042.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It recognises a target of approximately 45 kDa and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The reagent is supported by 3 scientific validation images.
