TFCP2, also known as Transcription Factor CP2 or Late SV40 Factor (LSF), is a sequence-specific DNA-binding protein that regulates transcription through TTTC/G motifs in promoters of target genes. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes TFCP2 in human samples and cross-reacts with mouse and rat orthologs, supporting translational studies across standard laboratory models.

From Antibodies.com, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol, with a total volume of 100 µl per vial. The polyclonal format provides epitope diversity, useful when validating knockdowns or mapping expression changes in TFCP2-regulated pathways, including hepatocellular carcinoma progression, mRNA processing, and immune cell signaling.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), this reagent supports both quantitative protein-level analysis and tissue-distribution studies. Recommended storage at -20 °C in working aliquots helps preserve reactivity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles, while sodium azide in the buffer inhibits microbial contamination during routine handling at room temperature.
